You have been saying for me to go to the contacts folder in Outlook but you haven't told me where to find contacts folder. The word contacts doesn't exist anywhere. My daughter just clicked the two person carton icon at the bottom of the email view and it opened up contacts. Had she not done that, I would never have found it. There is no other way to go to contacts. How can Outlook assume we can figure all this out? Next, your view of the contacts folder is very different than mine.
