There is currently no existing cheat, mod or hack to force a specific gender. The only options are the Tombstone of Life and Death or exiting and reloading until you get the gender you want. As I explained above, the chances of having either a boy or girl are about 50 percent each time. If I really need a girl baby for story purposes, I prefer to use the exit and reload method so that both parents retain their family ties and memories without any extra work.

Interesting to read about the myths and rumors. Also, for me, it worked most of the time that when I had the male initiate the wohoo, it turned out to be a girl, and vice versa. So I guess that must have been pure chance? Something else I wanted to add: You can also accelerate the pregnancy with the Tombstone of Life and Death. But you have to wait one sim hour after the sim got pregnant for the option to appear.
But I bet you already knew that and just forgot to mention it in your post. Thanks for bringing up the Tombstone method of accelerating pregnancy! I remembered there was also something about eating cheesecake. When the game was first released and up to Seasons that was the last I got wound up in baby genders , the color of crib placed raised the odds of a boy or girl.
I Need to add that one to the list. It does! You can use it for either gender. But if you want a boy and use the tombstone, make sure to get the female Sim pregnant for a boy clone.

You can only get a guaranteed baby girl by impregnating the male Sim with himself. I know, it sounds really creepy. Click on the tombstone with your male Sim selected. He is now pregnant. Wait for the baby to be born. It will be a girl clone of your male Sim.
Having the female Sim initiate does NOT increase the chances of having a girl. The day of the week that a Sim becomes pregnant does NOT matter. I cant find the button for it Reply.
